For bodies that want
to work. Not perform.

An immersive fitness arena in Al Quoz. Thirty of you in the room at a time — projection-mapped walls, music-led floor, eight interactive stations, a 45-metre obstacle track. Train inside the image. No mirrors. No scoreboards. Just the cohort, the Arena, and a coach who knows your name.

The Arena

A studio. A reading room.
A weekly habit.

Designed for groups small enough that the coach learns your name on day one. Programmed for real bodies, not athletes. Built so you walk in knowing what today is for.

Every visit you get a coffee or a fresh juice. After each session, a quiet note in the app about how it felt — yours to keep.

Inside the Arena

The Arena is the trainer.

Walk in and the lights drop. The walls hold tonight's class — the warm-up, the work, the cadence to follow. Heart rates pulse across the room beside you. The floor lights up under your feet, drawing the next move: where to step, when to land, how fast to go.

A 45-metre obstacle track wraps the outside. Eight dynamic stations sit on the inside — each one cued by the floor: trampoline jumps, push-ups, dumbbell lifts, speed and agility work. You don't have to remember anything. The Arena shows you. The music carries you.

No mirrors. No leaderboards. The lighting is low enough that no one can see you struggle, and no one is looking anyway. You stop checking the clock. You're working harder than you would on your own and you barely notice — and then it's done.

The trainers have years on the floor. They don't shout. They watch, they remember, and they pull you forward through what they know about you. Motivation, not force. That's what gets people back through the door.

A session

How a session actually goes.

  1. 01

    You arrive

Coffee or fresh juice in the café, ten minutes before. The coach knows your name.

  2. 02

Warm-up · the Arena turns on

Lights drop. The projection comes up. A few minutes of mobility together so the room is yours by the time the work starts.

  3. 03

Track and stations · then switch

Half the group runs the 45-metre track — obstacles projected on the floor, jumps and tightrope cues underfoot. The other half cycles the eight stations: trampoline, push-ups, dumbbell lifts, speed and agility. Floor timers count you in. Halfway through, you swap.

  4. 04

Cool down · Noor catches it

Light movement and stretching to close. The next morning, a note in your app — one thing you did, one thing to keep doing.

The café

Outside the Arena.
Worth its own visit.

The café sits just outside the Arena doors. A short, curated menu — the kind of food and drinks you actually want after a session. Cold-pressed juices, proper coffee, plates that know what your body asked for an hour ago.

Drinks are on us, every time you come in. Members get a standing discount on the food menu. Stay for fifteen minutes after class — most people do.

  • Free drinks for members

Coffee, fresh juice, electrolytes — every visit, no card needed.

  • Member discount on food

A standing percentage off the curated post-workout menu.

  • Built for after

Plates designed around what you just did. Protein, slow carbs, real salt.

  • Open on training days

Doors open before the first class, close an hour after the last.

Built different

Most gyms make money when you don't show up.

The model is older than any of us — sell a year, hope you forget. Membership is the product; attendance is the cost. We thought about that for a long time and decided we couldn't build another one.

Active Fit only works if you actually come. So we built every part of it — the Arena, the app, the trainers, the café — around getting you back through the door. Not with guilt. With attention.

Noor checks in

A short note in the app most mornings. Watches your streak, your sleep, the session you almost skipped. Quiet, useful, never shame.

A trainer who reaches out

If you go quiet, a real person on the team messages you — not a bot, not a renewal email. Before class they answer questions. After, they tell you what they saw.

Monthly one-to-ones

Forty minutes a month with your trainer to talk about food, sleep, training, the goal. We look at your data together and adjust.

Cancel any time

No twelve-month contracts, no freeze fees, no friction at the door. If it isn’t working, you leave. Most people don’t.

We care if you make it. That's the whole reason we built this.

The companion

Meet Noor.

Active Fit is built around the idea that good training is mostly noticing. Noor — the voice in the app — watches the small wins: the streak you nearly broke, the time you walked further than usual, the session you almost skipped and didn't.

One observation a day. Sometimes a quiet anticipation about what is possible from here. Never shame, never noise.

  • Witness

A small thing noticed, every day.

  • Anticipation

What is possible from where you are.

  • Cohort

Familiar faces booked into the Arena this week.

  • Mission

A line about who you are when this works.

Noor noticed · 7:14 am

You walked further yesterday than any day this month. Whatever you did — keep doing that.

Questions you have

Honest answers.

Is this a gym?+

No. There are no machines, no mirrors, no membership lockers full of people you don’t know. There’s one Arena, one coach, one cohort, and a workout that the Arena itself helps you through.

What if I haven’t trained in years?+

Most members haven’t. The Arena is dark. No one is watching. The coach scales every station for you. You’ll finish. We promise.

Can my kids come?+

Yes — children aged 8 and over can join family sessions with a parent. We don’t know of another fitness venue in Dubai where you can train with your child. It might be the most useful thing about being a member.

What is the free trial?+

One full session at the Arena, on us. You meet the trainer, do a real class, and decide for yourself. No card upfront, no automatic enrolment. After the trial, pick a tier or walk away.

Where is the Arena?+

Al Quoz, Dubai. Members get the exact address and entry instructions in the app on the day of their first session.

Can I cancel any time?+

Yes. Memberships are month-to-month with no lock-in. Cancel by the end of the cycle and your next month does not bill.

How do I pay?+

Card, Apple Pay, or bank transfer in AED. Receipts are saved in the app. We do not auto-bill new tiers.

What if I miss a class?+

You can cancel up to two hours before. After that, the credit is consumed but the trainer always knows. Real life happens.

Do I need to be fit to start?+

No. Sessions are programmed to scale. The trainer learns where you are on day one, and the work fits you, not the other way round.

Is the app required?+

For booking, yes. The app is also where the coach voice lives — observations, weekly story, your saved sessions. Web works on every phone, no install gate.

How is my data handled?+

We collect only what makes the coaching better — your goals, sessions you attend, and (optionally) wearable data via Terra. We never sell or share. Delete your account at any time and we erase it.
